Position Overview
We are looking for a Project Manager who thrives at the intersection of execution and coordination. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end migration of customers from our legacy EHR platform (“Classic”) to our new platform (“Plus”), while also serving as a key individual contributor in day-to-day execution. The ideal candidate is as comfortable digging into data or QA issues as they are managing timelines and driving cross-functional alignment.
This is a critical role that directly impacts customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and company revenue.

Requirements
- Familiarity with data handling, validation, or QA processes (technical expertise not required, but helpful)
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar project tools is a plus
- Previous experience with healthcare or EHR systems
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS)
- Basic understanding of database structures or data formats (CSV, JSON, etc.)

- Demonstrated ability to create order from ambiguity and drive clarity amid moving parts, shifting priorities, and operational complexity
Key Responsibilities
- Lead active migration projects across stages—from scoping to completion—ensuring quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.
- Act as a direct contributor in reviewing data, logging issues, testing outcomes, and validating results as needed.
- Track migration status across all accounts in progress, escalating blockers, and driving resolution with internal teams.
- Develop and maintain migration playbooks, process documentation, and QA protocols to support scalable operations.
- Own communication and coordination across Product, Engineering, Onboarding, and Support to ensure alignment.
- Identify and surface patterns, common migration issues, or data transformation needs, working with Product and Engineering to build reusable solutions.
- Facilitate regular reporting to internal stakeholders with clear summaries of progress, risks, and resourcing needs.
Support cross-training and onboarding for new migration personnel or contractors as the program grows.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in project management or program operations, ideally within SaaS or software migration contexts
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives with tight deadlines
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
- Hands-on experience with data review, data QA, or data validation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Google Sheets, or similar project management platforms
- Familiarity with healthcare or EHR systems is strongly preferred
- Comfort reading or interpreting structured data formats (CSV, JSON); technical fluency is a plus, but not required
- Understanding of cloud-based environments (e.g., AWS) is a bonus
