Requirements
- Completed studies in interface design, media informatics, HCI, or a comparable qualification
- At least 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design for digital products
- Very secure handling of common design tools (e.g. Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch)
- Deep understanding of design systems, component libraries, and accessibility principles
- Experience in prototyping and planning/user testing, including deriving concrete improvement measures
- Basic understanding of modern frontend stacks (e.g. SPA, Vue/React, HTML/CSS basics)
- Creative, analytical thinking, clear sense of aesthetics, and high attention to detail
