Senior UI Developer (React)

Hypersonix.ai is disrupting the e-commerce space with AI, ML and advanced decision capabilities to drive real-time business insights. Hypersonix.ai has been built ground up with new age technology to simplify the consumption of data for our customers in various industry verticals.

We are looking for a passionate and creative UI/UX Engineer (Front end Web development) who is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming. As a core member of the dev and design team, you will play a significant role in translating design mock-ups into outstanding user experiences. You will work closely with product designers and frontend team, to help establish a consistent user experience and vision for our product suite.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain React applications: Build high-quality, scalable user interfaces using React.js.
• Architect and build from scratch: Design and implement projects from the ground up, with the ability to create solutions without relying on third-party libraries.
• Create and manage UI libraries: Design and implement reusable component libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects.
• Customize third-party libraries: Integrate and adapt external libraries to meet specific project needs when necessary.
• Stay current with new technologies: Research and apply the latest React features, tools, and best practices.
• Work independently and take ownership: Lead projects from conception to completion, managing all aspects of development without constant supervision.
• Module ownership: Take full responsibility for all assigned modules, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality code.

Requirements:

• 5 to 7 years of Experience with Bachelor's/Master's degree in a quantitative field
• Exceptional React.js proficiency: A proven track record of developing complex applications with a deep understanding of React's core principles.
• Expert in UI library development: Experience in creating and maintaining robust, well-documented component libraries.
• Resourceful and innovative: Skilled in building custom solutions from scratch and avoiding dependency on external libraries when a custom solution is a better fit.
• Adaptable and resourceful: Skilled in customizing third-party libraries to fit unique project requirements.
• Up-to-date knowledge: Stays ahead of the curve with the latest trends and tools in the React ecosystem.
• Autonomous and self-motivated: Thrives in an independent work environment and can handle projects end-to-end.
• Accountable and responsible: Ready to take full ownership of projects and modules, ensuring success and quality.
