Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience in frontline customer service role with strong knowledge of hotel reservation processes and procedures
  • 1-2 years of experience in contact centers customer service role
  • College Diploma or above
  • Good typing speed with high degree of accuracy
  • Excellent command of English (written and oral) and fluency in Korean
  • Ability to develop creative solutions and innovative ideas
