Qualifications

  • People BU sales enablement strategy lead; provides oversight and ensures overall effectiveness of People BU go-to-market strategies, processes and operations
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert to sales team and sales leaders on sales enablement-related matters, providing guidance, support and assistance where needed
  • Partner with capability and industry marketing teams on “one Huron” initiatives (cross-practice/industry opportunities) to create and develop sales content and collateral based on go-to-market strategies and priorities; act as a liaison for BU to ensure alignment and collaboration
  • Collaborate with sellers to create high-impact content in support of sales opportunities that drives brand and solution awareness and preference; with particular emphasis on developing proposals and sales assets
  • Translate complex products and offerings into clear and concise messaging and provide writing, editing copy and proof reading support for sales content including RFIs/RFPs, sell sheets, case studies, project summaries, sales communications/emails, presentations, and other collateral
  • Optimize and maintain People BU Salesforce dashboards, analytics and reporting to drive effective funnel management; champion use of Salesforce across BU
  • Inform top opportunity and BU updates based on analysis of sales trends and validating/maintaining data integrity in Salesforce
  • Responsible for becoming highly familiar with Huron’s solutions and key resources and sharing suggested sales asset opportunities, feedback, trends and coordinate updates.
  • Collaborate with Capability Management lead and leadership team to identify proper content owners, tags and review cycles; proactively identify content for uploading into the system and analyze performance to help make recommendations for filling asset gaps and optimizing content
  • Partner with HC GET on roll-out of new sales initiatives, campaigns, training, etc. across the People BU
  • Provide guidance and direction to junior sales enablement resources
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of sales enablement programs and initiatives to measure effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous optimization
  • Other special projects as assigned
  • Reports to People BU Program Director

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Four-year bachelor’s degree
  • Current permanent U.S. work authorization required
  • Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in consulting, sales, operations, strategy or professional services
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation building skills and writing and editing skills. Includes deep understanding of how to leverage MS formatting and editing capabilities.
  • Advanced proficiency with Salesforce and Seismic
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams)
  • Ability to build and manage complex executive relationships
  • Ability to pay close attention to details; strong follow-up and follow-through skills
  • Strong results and execution orientation and ability to handle multiple duties simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy on schedule in a deadline driven environment
  • Ability to interact with internal and external customers in a professional manner
  • Requires ability to work independently and as a team player in a matrixed team environment with several points of accountability
  • Demonstrates a solid understanding of and adheres to all Huron Healthcare compliance program requirements.
  • Ability to coach and mentor others

The estimated base salary range for this job is $100,000 - $150,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $115,000 - $187,500. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future
