Job Role: GHL Expert and Systems Operator
Compensation range: $2000-$3000 AUD/Month
Engagement type: Independent Contractor
Part/Full time: Initially full-time (with flexibility to scale back later if workload eases)
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with flexibility to choose working hours. Some overlap with AEST hours is expected to support real-time communication/Willing to work full-time, aligned to Sydney time zone (+10 GMT).

Primary Objective:
The GHL Expert and Systems Operator will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimising the company’s Go High Level (GHL) CRM and integrated systems. The role requires a proactive problem-solver who can ensure all automation, pipelines, booking systems, and integrations are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain, manage, and optimise Go High Level CRM pipelines, funnels, automations, and dashboards.
- Configure and manage call booking systems, round robin setups, calendars, and user access.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues quickly (e.g. phone numbers not connecting, calendar sync errors).
- Implement and integrate new automations across key platforms (Stripe, Everfit, Asana, and others).
- Audit existing workflows to identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with leadership to design and execute streamlined operational processes.
- Monitor and ensure system uptime, speed, and performance across all tools.
- Manage third-party integrations to maintain a cohesive tech ecosystem.
- Provide technical support and training to internal team members when needed.
- Maintain data hygiene, accuracy, and consistency across all connected platforms.
Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience working with Go High Level (GHL) — deep understanding of pipelines, automations, campaigns, and triggers.
- Strong understanding of CRM logic, automation workflows, and API integrations.
- Hands-on experience with Stripe, Asana, and Everfit (or similar project management and fitness platforms).
- Excellent troubleshooting skills — able to quickly diagnose and resolve tech or workflow issues.
- High level of proficiency in written and spoken English (able to communicate clearly and professionally).
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and operational discipline.
- Tech-savvy and proactive — takes initiative to learn, test, and optimise systems.
- Previous experience supporting a fast-paced business or digital agency is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results efficiently.
