We are seeking a Finance and Operations Manager to support the ongoing day-to-day running and management of the finance operation across four businesses and two countries. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of post-qualification experience and hold a professional accounting qualification.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of post-qualification experience (e.g., CA, CPA, ACCA)
- Hold a professional (CA/CPA) accounting qualification
- Range of commercial accounting and analysis skills developed in an Australian-based SME corporate or business services environment
- Ability to provide financial & commercial advice to a business owner
- Ability to constantly improve reporting and finance systems to increase the effectiveness of reporting
- Experience in Xero and Salesforce is preferred
- Multi-tasking and international experience are necessary
- Highly effective communication skills are crucial
