We are looking for a confident and client-focused Customer Success & Product Demo Specialist to handle client onboarding, product demonstrations, relationship management, and post-sales support for our U.S.-based clients.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with international clients, explaining workflows clearly, conducting live demos, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from onboarding to ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct live product demonstrations for prospective clients
- Explain workflows, processes, and service offerings clearly
• Assist in onboarding new clients
- Coordinate between clients and internal operations teams
- Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups
- Support sales and business development teams during client discussions
- Track customer feedback and improve customer experience
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
- Prepare reports, updates, and follow-up documentation
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English communication
- Strong presentation and demo-handling skills
- Comfortable handling U.S.-based clients over calls and video meetings
- Experience in Customer Success, Client Servicing, Demo Calling, or Account Management preferred
- Confident personality with strong interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in U.S. shift timings
- CRM or client management tool experience preferred
- Ability to explain processes in a simple and professional manner
- Accounting/bookkeeping industry experience is a plus
