Key Responsibilities

As a Campaign Manager, you will:

• Manage campaigns from start to finish, upholding the highest quality standards.
• Be the go-to contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and meeting campaign objectives.
• Work with influencers and partner agencies for smooth campaign executions.
• Oversee content development, ensuring it matches client goals and brand identity.
• Develop innovative strategies for short-form video content, staying ahead of industry trends.
• Streamline campaign processes for improved efficiency and consistent high-quality outputs.
• Understand brands deeply to align all influencer content with brand messages and standards.
• Make quick, informed decisions in critical content approval and influencer relation scenarios.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of campaign execution experience in a marketing or content creation environment, preferably in a digital or advertising agency.
• Proven expertise in social media campaign management, demonstrating a thorough understanding of end-to-end campaign management.
• Strong track record in building and managing relationships with content creators, highlighting effective collaboration and networking skills.
• Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and spoken, to ensure clear and effective communication with teams and clients.
• Availability to work CET hours.
