Content Writers Team Lead

Hostinger is looking for a Content Writers Team Lead to own the quality, voice, and output of their human-written content. The team lead will lead a team of writers, working closely with the Content SEO Lead and Editors Team Lead, and will be responsible for maintaining editorial standards and governing the content calendar.

Requirements

• 5+ years writing or editing experience
• At least 2 years in a team lead role
• Proven experience managing or mentoring content writers
• Experience with SEO content and what makes it work editorially
• Experience owning or contributing to a brand style guide
• Experience with AI-assisted writing workflows
• Business-first thinking and the ability to connect content decisions to new clients and billings
