What You Will Do:
- Managing affiliate recruitment, retention, and activation through main affiliate networks, including CJ, Impact, Awin others;
- Focusing on top-performing partners by geo and partner type to ensure maximum ROI as well as new billings;
- Keeping track of affiliate sales and end-of-month settlements;
- Creating, monitoring, and reporting on affiliate campaigns;
- Establishing and maintaining strong affiliate relationships;
- Monitoring competitor's activity and reporting findings through regular updates;
- Providing regular progress reports and feedback on the affiliate channel to management;
- Providing assistance as well as sharing knowledge with other team members.
What We Expect:
- 3 years of experience in affiliate management (preferably working with affiliate networks);
- Expertise in digital marketing;
- Experience with the most popular affiliate platforms like CJ, Impact, TUNE or others;
- Understand data analytics management (Google Analytics, Tableau or other data platforms);
- Great strategic thinking, relationship management and negotiation skills;
- Familiar with CRM email platforms (Salesforce, MixMax);
- Understand how affiliate tracking works.
- Leadership experience, budget management, ability to talk more than one language;
- Experience in web hosting or website builder verticals is a huge plus.
