Director, Systems, Data, & Process Ops

We're a fast-growing, remote cybersecurity company looking for a Director to own and scale our systems, data, and processes, connecting CRM, GTM tooling, and end-to-end workflows to drive efficient team operations, trusted data, and revenue engine scalability without friction.

Requirements

• 8+ years in RevOps, Operations, or Business Systems in high-growth B2B SaaS
• 4+ years leading teams and cross-functional initiatives
• Deep, hands-on experience with CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and GTM tools
• Proven track record designing and scaling cross-functional processes
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data models, reporting, and diagnostics
• Ability to simplify complexity and influence senior stakeholders
