Role missions – What you will do 🚀

As a Senior Full-Stack Unity Engineer, you will work closely with our Unity and Backend Developers to design, implement, and optimize game features. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth client-backend communication, enhancing the scalability of backend systems, and building live game features that engage millions of players.

Requirements

About you – Who you are 🦄

• 7+ years of C# programming experience, working across both client and backend development.
• At least 2 years of commercial Unity3D development for mobile live applications.
• Professional experience using Backend as a Service platforms (Playfab, Firebase, etc.) for multiplayer, remote leaderboards, and live game features.
• Deep understanding of networking components in gaming, including custom APIs, player databases, and chat implementations.
• Hands-on experience in mobile gaming (iOS Android), multiplayer services, and LiveOps.
• Ability to optimize and scale backend services for live games with high player engagement.
• Communicate fluently in English – Strong communication skills in a remote-first environment
• Proactive problem solver – Able to anticipate issues and take action before they escalate.

Nice to have 💪

• Experience with Kubernetes or other orchestrators.
• Server development experience on AWS.
• Knowledge of microservice architecture patterns.
• Unity UI expertise.
• Experience writing unit and integration tests.
