Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive experience in B2B sales
- Strong experience in a senior leadership role managing multi-country teams
- Demonstrated track record of leading both mid-market and enterprise sales functions
- Experience selling SaaS at an enterprise level
- Deep understanding of European markets and complex sales cycles
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and people development skills
