Medior Backend Engineer

Hiya is changing the way people communicate through voice technology, and we're looking for a Medior Backend Engineer to join our Partner Distribution team. As a Software Engineer II, you'll be working on a small, collaborative team to scale our call profiling products and contribute to technical decisions on technologies and deployment safety. You'll have the autonomy to make technical decisions and the support of a team that reviews, designs, and ships together.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of professional software engineering experience
• Ability to communicate clearly with people from different backgrounds
• Ability to work through ambiguous problem spaces
• Experience making pragmatic tradeoffs between shipping speed and long-term code quality
