Nous sommes à la recherche d’un spécialiste du soutien et des opérations de projets minutieux et proactif pour aider les chefs de projet dans l’administration et l’exécution de divers projets. Ce rôle comprend la coordination de la logistique, la gestion des données, le soutien aux activités de vente et de service, ainsi que l’exécution en temps opportun des composantes du projet. La personne idéale possède de solides compétences analytiques et techniques, ainsi que la capacité de s’épanouir dans un environnement matriciel au rythme rapide et en constante évolution.

Votre impact

  • Soutenir les chefs de projet dans leurs tâches administratives quotidiennes, notamment la prise de commandes, la facturation, l’expédition et la documentation.

  • Utiliser les systèmes ERP et Salesforce pour gérer les données de projet, faire le suivi des commandes et produire des rapports sur les clients potentiels.

  • Coordonner avec les fournisseurs et les clients pour établir des devis, traiter et livrer les commandes de petites pièces.

  • Suivre l’échéancier des projets et signaler les retards afin d’assurer une exécution en temps utile.

  • Diriger des réunions internes pour communiquer l’état d’avancement et les mises à jour des projets.

  • Collaborer avec les clients pour identifier les occasions commerciales et préparer des devis de service et de pièces.

  • Produire des rapports financiers et de rendement réguliers pour la direction.

  • Effectuer l’analyse des données, créer des présentations visuelles et compiler les dossiers de documentation de projet.

Votre expérience

  • Baccalauréat en finance, comptabilité, gestion des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe.

  • Au moins 3 ans d’expérience dans le domaine des opérations, de la logistique, de la finance, des ventes ou à un poste connexe.

  • Solides compétences analytiques et aptitude à interpréter de grands ensembles de données et d’assurer l’exactitude des rapports.

  • Excellentes aptitudes en matière de communication, de présentation et de relations interpersonnelles.

  • Aptitude à gérer plusieurs priorités de manière autonome dans un environnement dynamique.

  • Maîtrise avancée de SAP, Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint et Word.

  • Expérience de travail avec des équipes internationales et en matière de résolution de problèmes de livraison/facturation.

  • Esprit d’initiative, solides compétences organisationnelles et souci du détail.

  • Connaissance des pratiques de gestion de projet et des processus logistiques.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Support & Operations Specialist to assist Project Managers in the administration and execution of various projects. This role involves coordinating logistics, managing data, supporting sales and service activities, and ensuring timely delivery of project components. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Support Project Managers with daily administrative tasks including order booking, invoicing, shipping, and documentation.

  • Utilize ERP systems and Salesforce to manage project data, track orders, and report on sales leads.

  • Coordinate with suppliers and customers to quote, process, and deliver small parts orders.

  • Monitor project timelines and raise awareness of delays to ensure timely execution.

  • Lead internal meetings to communicate project status and updates.

  • Collaborate with customers to identify sales opportunities and prepare service and parts quotes.

  • Generate routine financial and performance reports for management.

  • Perform data analysis, create visual presentations, and compile project documentation packages.

Your background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, logistics, finance, sales, or a related role.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and ensure accurate reporting.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a dynamic environment.

  • Advanced proficiency in SAP, Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

  • Experience working with international teams and resolving delivery/invoicing issues.

  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with project management practices and logistics processes.
