The Opportunity
Join our Global Project Quality team in Grid Power Quality Solutions and Service (GPQSS). You will work across all regions - Americas, Europe, Asia, and MEA - supporting Project Quality Managers (PQMs) in delivering excellence in project execution. This is a global functional role where you will lead project quality risk management, drive digitalization, and foster a strong quality culture for continuously learning. You will grow by collaborating with diverse cross-functional teams, leading strategic initiatives, and developing best practices that shape the future of GPQSS.
Support PQMs in managing project and site quality across all regions
Standardize and maintain project quality processes, templates, and reporting tools.
Align global KPIs and reporting standards across GPQSS driving harmonization.
Coach and train PQMs to support large and complex projects.
Lead cross-regional initiatives to implement lessons learned and drive improvement.
Provide expertise in project risk management and cost of poor quality mitigation.
Guide PQMs in managing high-risk issues and contractual quality requirements.
Oversee site completion systems and quality deliverables to meet contractual requirements.
Drive digitalization of quality processes and reporting tools.
Lead escalation and resolution of critical project quality issues – being at gemba across the value chain.
15+ years of experience in EPC project quality management.
Engineering degree is required and Project management certification (PMI or equivalent) is preferred.
Effective communication, lead change with a hands-on mindset, and foster collaboration on diverse teams.
Strong knowledge of risk management in EPC projects.
Expertise in supplier and site quality control.
Experience with MTP, ITP, completion systems, and stage-gate reviews.
Familiarity with digital quality tools, punch list management and BIM ACC is a plus.
Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
Willingness to travel internationally (up to 50%).

Soutenir les PQM dans la gestion de la qualité projet et site dans toutes les régions.
Standardiser et maintenir les processus qualité projet, les modèles et les outils de reporting.
Aligner les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) et les standards de reporting à l’échelle mondiale.
Former et accompagner les PQM sur les projets complexes et de grande envergure.
Diriger des initiatives interrégionales pour mettre en œuvre les leçons apprises et améliorer les pratiques.
Apporter une expertise en gestion des risques projet et en réduction des coûts liés à la non-qualité.
Guider les PQM dans la gestion des problèmes critiques et des exigences contractuelles qualité.
Superviser les systèmes de clôture de site et les livrables qualité pour répondre aux exigences contractuelles.
Piloter la digitalisation des processus qualité et des outils de reporting.
Gérer l’escalade et la résolution des problèmes qualité critiques – en étant présent sur le terrain tout au long de la chaîne de valeur.
Plus de 15 ans d’expérience en gestion qualité de projets EPC.
Diplôme d’ingénieur requis ; certification en gestion de projet (PMI ou équivalent) souhaitée.
Excellente communication, leadership terrain, et capacité à fédérer des équipes diverses.
Solide connaissance de la gestion des risques dans les projets EPC.
Expertise en contrôle qualité fournisseur et site.
Expérience avec les systèmes MTP, ITP, de clôture et les revues de jalons.
Maîtrise des outils qualité digitaux, gestion des punch list et BIM ACC est un atout.
