Votre Impact

  • Diriger l’analyse de marché pour identifier tendances, écarts, besoins clients et dynamiques concurrentielles.

  • Servir de Voix du Client, en recueillant et en communiquant les attentes du marché canadien.

  • Développer des playbooks et cartes de solutions spécifiques au marché canadien.

  • Façonner la direction stratégique et la traduire en actions marketing concrètes.

  • Surveiller les évolutions du marché, les technologies émergentes et les changements réglementaires.

  • Développer des relations de haut niveau avec les cadres clients, renforçant les partenariats stratégiques à long terme.

  • Collaborer avec les équipes globales et régionales pour définir les feuilles de route technologiques et des stratégies unifiées de mise en marché.

  • Soutenir la planification de comptes, le développement de pipeline, les revues d’opportunités et la valorisation de nos succès clients.

  • Veiller au respect des politiques, normes et exigences réglementaires internes et externes.

Votre expérience

  • 10+ années d’expérience dans les marchés canadiens des services publics ou industriels, idéalement exposé à la production d’énergie, l’automatisation du transport, la numérisation et les solutions logicielles.

  • 10+ années d’expérience en marketing, commercial, stratégie ou ingénierie.

  • Diplôme universitaire en ingénierie, marketing, affaires ou domaine connexe (préféré).

  • Capacité démontrée à influencer des dirigeants exécutifs et à exécuter efficacement des stratégies.

  • Doit être basé au Canada.

  • Compétences bilingues anglais/français fortement préférées.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Lead market analysis to identify trends, gaps, and competitive insights.

  • Act as the Voice of the Customer, gathering and communicating market needs.

  • Build Canada‑specific Grid Automation playbooks and solution maps.

  • Shape strategic direction and translate it into local marketing actions.

  • Monitor market developments, emerging technologies, and regulatory shifts.

  • Build deep C‑suite customer relationships and strengthen long‑term partnerships.

  • Collaborate across business units to define technology roadmaps and unified go‑to‑market plans.

  • Support account planning, pipeline development, deal reviews, and customer success storytelling.
    Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

  • 10+ years’ experience in the Canadian utilities or industrial market, with strong exposure to power generation, transmission automation, and software solutions.

  • 10+ years in marketing, commercial, or engineering roles.

  • BA/BS in engineering, marketing, commercial discipline, or related field (preferred).

  • Proven ability to influence executive audiences and execute strategy effectively.

  • Located in Canada.

  • Bilingual English/French capabilities (preferred).
