We're looking for a Payroll Specialist & HR Services to join our HR department in Leverkusen. As a key member of our HR Service Team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our HR processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
- Completed business or HR-related training or studies.
- Several years of experience in HR administration or payroll processing.
- Good knowledge of accounting, contracts, and time management.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and ideally experienced with HR systems like SAP HCM.
- Native-level German language skills and excellent English language skills.
