We are a marketing and advertising company focused on performance-driven growth systems. The team operates with structured funnels, CRM automation, and paid acquisition strategies. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing CRM automation and paid campaigns, with a focus on technical execution and optimization.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in operations, customer service, or virtual assistant roles
• 2 years of proven experience in CRM automation, Paid media management and Funnel optimization
• Experience working with GoHighLevel or a comparable CRM
• Experience managing Meta Ads and/or Google Ads
• Advanced GoHighLevel expertise (complex automation systems)
• Strong attribution and tracking knowledge
• Proven success reducing CPL and improving conversion rates
• Experience structuring multi-stage paid funnels
• Agency-side performance marketing experience
• Strong analytical thinking
• Ability to work autonomously
