This is a partner-track leadership role for a senior AI-native Creative Director who can both execute at an elite level and architect scalable creative systems.
You will lead performance creative for $30M+ roofing companies, producing high-converting video and image ads at speed (12+ videos and 12+ image ads every 2–3 days) while designing the systems, prompts, and workflows that allow us to scale.
This begins hands-on. It evolves into building and leading a creative team as revenue grows.
Compensation includes base salary + structured revenue share tied to profitability and growth milestones.

ResponsabilitiesAI-Driven Performance Creative Production- Produce 12+ AI video ads and 12+ image ads within 2–3 day cycles
- Use advanced AI tools (Andromeda, Weavy, and emerging platforms) for video, scripts, prompts, and creative direction
- Develop scroll-stopping Meta-first ad creative that converts cold traffic
- Continuously test and iterate based on performance data
High-Level Video Editing & Storytelling- Short-form paid ads (Meta primary, TikTok secondary)
- Long-form content for authority positioning
- Performance-focused storytelling tied directly to lead generation results
- Scriptwriting and AI prompt engineering
Funnel & Page Design (GoHighLevel – Creative Only)- Design high-converting landing pages, funnels, and websites
- Own layout, visual hierarchy, offer presentation, and UX
- Ensure premium look & feel optimized for paid traffic
- No backend automation — creative ownership only
Graphic Design & Conversion Assets- High-performing image ads that outperform competitors
- Branding systems and creative frameworks for contractor brands
- Thumbnails, social visuals, campaign creative packages
Social Media Creative Direction- Create and oversee visual-first content across: Instagram,Facebook,TikTok,YouTube,LinkedIn,X (Twitter)
- Platform-native formatting and consistent posting
- Authority-building contractor brand positioning
Sales & Investor Assets- Slide decks, trifolds, brochures, pitch materials
- Clean, persuasive, professional design
- Sales-grade and investor-grade collateral
Creative Leadership (Growth Phase)- Build repeatable AI workflows and production systems
- Architect scalable creative SOPs
- Transition into hiring and leading a creative team as revenue grows
- Maintain high-performance standards across all output

You will own the entire creative engine behind the home-service clients.
Industry Experience- 3-5+ years of professional experience in video, creative & directional roles.
- Experience with residential contractors or home service businesses (roofing, HVAC, plumbing, landscaping, outdoor living, etc.).
- Understanding of local service buyer psychology, urgency-driven offers, and trust-building creative
Non Negociatable Skills- Advanced AI video and image creation (Andromeda, Weavy, prompt engineering)
- Proven high-performing Meta Ads creative experience
- Ability to produce high-volume creative under tight deadlines (24+ assets in 2–3 days)
- Advanced Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects
- GoHighLevel funnel/page design (creative only)
- Scriptwriting and AI-driven creative direction
- C1–C2 English fluency
- Ownership mindset and performance-driven standards
