About the Role
They're hiring a Salesperson (Full-Cycle / Closer) to help drive revenue growth. This role is designed for someone who is confident, proactive, and motivated by closing deals. You will manage opportunities from initial contact through signed agreement and play a critical role in the company’s early-stage growth.
This is not an appointment-setting role. Success in this position is measured by closed deals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Manage the full sales cycle, including follow-ups, negotiation, and closing.
- Actively pursue leads and confidently ask for the sale.
- Conduct client-facing sales calls and demos in fluent English.
- Move opportunities through the pipeline efficiently and consistently.
- Understand customer needs and position the product’s value clearly.
- Collaborate closely with leadership on deal strategy and commissions.
- Work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment.
Requirements
Prior Experience in Sales/Closing deals is mandatory.
Confident, fluent English communication skills (verbal and written).
Self-starter who performs well with minimal supervision.
Proactive, persistent, and comfortable chasing prospects.
Strong closer mindset with a focus on results.
Based in the Americas to align with North American business hours.
Benefits
- Base Salary: $2,000 – $2,500 USD per month + Commissions.
