Requirements
- 10+ years Salesforce experience (Admin / Consultant / Architect level)
- Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce Field Service (FSL)
- Proven track record building systems for service-based businesses
- Strong experience with Flow Builder (advanced), process automation, complex object relationships
