Salesforce Product & Technical Manager

Seeking a senior Salesforce Product & Technical Lead to own and manage the Salesforce platform end-to-end, driving improvements and ensuring scalability and high performance. This hands-on leadership role requires strong Salesforce development capabilities, product thinking, prioritization, and project ownership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce (Development + System Ownership)
• Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and integrations
• Proven experience taking ownership of Salesforce or CRM systems in a business environment
• Experience managing or working closely with Salesforce Administrators
• Strong product or systems-thinking mindset - able to prioritize and drive initiatives
• Excellent spoken and written English
