Template Graphic Designer (Static + Motion Design)

We’re looking for a brand-driven Graphic Designer to help bring a top Canadian digital gifting platform’s visual identity to life across marketing and enterprise channels. You'll apply and evolve a premium, established brand system to ensure consistency across digital and print touchpoints—while supporting a company trusted by some of Canada’s most recognized organizations.

🧩 What You’ll Be Doing

• 🎨 Brand Consistency
• Extend and apply pre-established brand guidelines across digital and print assets
• Ensure all designs reflect a premium, modern, and friendly aesthetic
• 🖼️ Asset Design
• Create clean, high-quality graphics for LinkedIn, one-pagers, banners, client decks, and web pop-ups
• Adapt assets for both enterprise clients and internal marketing use cases
• 📄 Template Development
• Design versatile templates for marketing, client presentations, and onboarding materials
• Prioritize structure, clarity, and usability for cross-functional use
• 🤝 Collaboration & Feedback
• Participate in feedback loops and structured reviews with the internal team
• Communicate clearly to reduce revision cycles and maintain delivery timelines
• 📂 Project Organization
• Deliver properly organized files with clear naming, versioning, and handoff documentation
• Work closely with the team to ensure brand alignment across every visual touchpoint

✅ Who You Are

• 2–4 years of experience in graphic design (in-house, agency, or freelance)
• Proficient in Figma, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva (or similar tools)
• Strong portfolio showcasing layout design, branding systems, and digital marketing assets
• Excellent communicator and collaborator who can take initiative and respond to feedback efficiently
• Detail-oriented with a sharp eye for spacing, hierarchy, and brand alignment
• 🏅 Bonus: Experience working with corporate gifting, B2B brands, or Canadian enterprises
