We’re looking for a Founder’s Associate who can support a fast-moving CEO across scheduling, communication, social outreach, and internal systems. This role blends classic EA responsibilities with light marketing coordination and operational support, making it a strong fit for someone who thrives in a dynamic, founder-led environment.
You’ll work across multiple companies, support day-to-day execution, and help keep communication, tasks and priorities organized. If you’re proactive, structured, and energized by working closely with leadership, this role will fit you well.

What You’ll Work On
Executive Support
- Manage scheduling, calendars, meeting prep, follow-ups, and general coordination
- Keep email communication organized and support inbox management for the CEO
- Prepare summaries, briefs, and notes to ensure clarity across priorities and tasks
- Coordinate logistics and ensure all commitments move forward on time
Social Outreach and Community Coordination
- Support social media outreach and communication across platforms
- Help manage community engagement and outbound interactions
- Assist with basic social media tasks, formatting posts, and organizing content queues
Business Operations and Internal Systems
- Assist with general business tasks across the CEO’s portfolio of companies
- Maintain and organize files, workflows, and documentation within Google Drive
- Support task management and execution within Notion and other project tools
- Help structure and maintain internal systems that improve operational efficiency
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work with leadership and key team members to ensure alignment
- Support ad hoc projects involving research, coordination, or vendor outreach
- Provide consistent updates and ensure information flows smoothly across teams
What You Bring
- At least 2 to 4 years of experience in executive support, coordination, or operations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, reliable, and attentive to detail
- Comfortable with Notion, Google Workspace, and modern productivity tools
- Strong multitasking ability and comfort working with evolving priorities
- Proactive problem solving and willingness to figure things out independently
- Positive, energetic work style that fits a fast-paced founder environment
Nice to Have
- Experience in social media outreach, community management, or light marketing tasks
- Background supporting CEOs, founders, or small leadership teams
- Interest in creative, brand, or media-driven businesses
