The Director of National Accounts will represent the hotel in the development of market segments and new customer relationships, maximizing revenue in rooms, public space, food and beverage, and ancillary products and services. This is a remote position in the Central region handling the incentive market.
Requirements
- Represent the hotel in the development of market segment(s) and new customer relationships
- Maintain existing relationships with assigned accounts
- Maximize revenue in rooms, public space, food and beverage, and ancillary products and services
- Develop and quote prices for guest rooms, meeting space, and banquet facilities
- Develop sales forecasts, salesperson productivity, and market segment plans
- Monitor the successful execution of plans and oversee the maintenance of sales files, accounts, and other administrative duties
