Skills & Experience We're Looking For:
- You have 4+ years of experience in delivering and scaling highly successful and innovative consumer Internet products with stellar design taste, creativity, and product instincts. | Top Talent in every role
- Prior experience in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective retention strategies | Customer obsession
- You are steady under pressure in a fast-paced environment, capable of quickly and clearly prioritizing both your time and that of your organization and finding creative ways to get things done | Top Talent in every role
- Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting complex data and utilizing insights for strategic decision-making | Top Talent in every role
- Strategic mindset with the ability to contribute to the formulation and execution of product strategies | Think Deeply

You Will:
- Strategy โ Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty while minimizing switching costs
- Planning & Operations โ Lead the ideation, design, and implementation of features and initiatives aimed at improving retention metrics and reducing customer churn
- Collaboration โ Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between product features and the overarching retention strategy
- Optimization โ Continuously optimize user journeys to increase Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) and reduce customer churn rates
- Product Execution โ Write clear and actionable product specifications, and effectively communicate ideas to the team for implementation
- Analytical Skills โ Monitor key product metrics and performance indicators, especially for product launches. Based on this, identify areas of improvement and implementation strategies to address them effectively
- Innovation โ Establish processes for continuous improvement, encouraging teams to seek and implement innovative solutions to enhance retention and reduce switching costs
