WHAT IS THE FACT TEAM?

This is a wonderful opportunity for technology specialists, programmers, developers and QA experts to join an offshore pool of pre-vetted global job applicants. The FACT team is the 'go-to' team that we'llalways contact first, for any opportunities on our projects that match your assessed skills.

This application is NOT for a specific job (read below) but to join our pool of pre-approved & vetted offshore software engineers & development experts.

OPPORTUNITIES ARE 100% FREELANCE AND 100% REMOTE

The FACT team will be made up of skilled professionals with 5+ years of hands-on professional experience in the any of the following areas:

• AI / Machine Learning
• ASP .Net MVC
• Flutter
• PHP/Laravel
• Quality Assurance
• React.js
• Typescript
• Vue.js

HOW DOES THIS WORK?

1 - Apply via the below 'Apply To Join' link

2 - Complete your testing (this will take between 40-70 minutes, depending on which technical area you are interested in).

Testing Covers the following:

• English Language Skills (Advanced) - 12 mins test
• Personality Test - 10 mins test
• Communication Skills - 8 mins test
• Technical skills (Specific to the skillset you're applying for) 10-30 mins test

3 - Await feedback on your results, from our team. (We will let you know as soon as we can, if you have passed the testing process!)
