We are seeking a Data Engineering Intern working remote, reporting to an IT manager in
Atlanta, Georgia.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated intern to join our IT Business Applications team at
Hexagon US Federal. As an intern here, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience
in core and secondary business applications, including Deltek Costpoint ERP, Salesforce CRM,
Salesforce CPQ quoting, Boomi electronic data integration, Salesforce CRM, and ADP (HR
employee master), working closely with our team of professionals. You will be expected to assist
with day-to-day operations, contribute to ongoing projects, and participate in various tasks that
supports the departments goals. Additionally, Interns will participate in weekly speaker series
featuring prominent leaders across the organization. This internship will provide you valuable
exposure to your field of study, offering you a chance to develop skills, network with professionals,
and apply your academic knowledge in a real-world setting.

Responsibilites

  • Develop, test, and roll out AI agents in Salesforce to support sales and order processing functions.
  • Using Boomi, assist in the development of integrations between key business systems.
  • Data engineering automation: Work with the team to develop a tool that syncs product catalogs and pricebooks between the ERP and CRM.
  • Support the activities of all IT teams with data engineering expertise.

What we are expecting from you

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited institution’s associate’s or bachelor’s program
  • Available 40 hours a week/full-time
