Requirements
- Serve as a contact for both internal and external customers during all phases of the data migration
- Manage multiple/simultaneous ETL projects
- Recognize and escalate customer data issues
- Ensure the timely and effective completion of migration expectation are met or exceeded
- Document, record, and appropriately track completed tasks to provide accurate record of account/project history
- Resolve complex data related problems
- Prioritize projects and customer needs based on changing demands
- Strong ability to acquire new knowledge related to changing work environment
