We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support our Quality Team in integrating two Quality Management Systems (QMS) and coordinating a comprehensive gap analysis across around 50 processes.
The ideal candidate is a proactive and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a complex environment, ensuring alignment, efficiency, and successful project delivery.
YOU WILL
- Lead and manage the integration of two Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Coordinate and oversee a gap analysis covering approximately 50 processes.
- Track progress, escalate issues, and ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Develop and maintain structured project documentation, plans, and reports.
- Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally in the Quality, Operations, or Product Management domain.
- Strong agility and ability to navigate ambiguity in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Highly organized, structured, and detail-oriented mindset.
- Ability to identify, escalate, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Self-driven approach and capability to work independently.
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
