HelloKindred is a specialist staffing agency looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to support end-to-end interview scheduling and recruitment administration across multiple hiring managers and candidates. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in recruitment coordination, scheduling, or recruitment administration, and strong organisational and time management skills.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruitment coordination, scheduling, or recruitment administration
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment
  • Familiarity with onboarding processes and recruitment compliance requirements
