The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Mid-Level Motion Designer to join our creative studio. This is a motion-first role with strong video editing capability—ideal for someone who loves animation craft but can also assemble polished, narrative-driven edits when needed.
You’ll work as a shared creative resource across multiple client accounts, collaborating closely with project managers and design leads to deliver high-quality motion and video work. You’ll contribute to brand campaigns, explainers, social content, presentation assets, and mixed-media projects across global teams.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll collaborate with designers, writers, creative leads, and account teams to create high-impact motion and video assets. On any given day, you may:
- Turn static designs, scripts, and concepts into clean, intentional motion graphics in After Effects.
- Animate typography, icons, brand elements, UI flows, and short-form explainers.
- Build storyboards, style frames, animatics, and motion variations for multi-market use.
- Edit videos in Premiere Pro: interviews, testimonials, b-roll sequences, social cutdowns, product clips.
- Ensure pacing, rhythm, typography, and transitions feel refined and on-brand.
- Prepare assets for multiple formats and platforms (16:9, 9:16, 1:1, web, social).
- Maintain consistent file structures, versioning, and clean project organization.
- Partner with multiple internal teams and project managers, managing your workload across varied brands and timelines while maintaining quality.
- Provide creative input and challenge briefs when a better motion approach exist
The Process
- Portfolio review
- Motion & editing assessment
- Final conversation with the team
