About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Data Analyst & Game Economist to join our team at Helika. This blended role is crucial in bridging our analytics organization and our clients, ensuring that they receive top-tier guidance on strategies for building, optimizing, and monetizing their games. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of data science expertise, gaming industry experience, and exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consultative Guidance: Provide expert advice to clients on game monetization strategies, ensuring long-term sustainability and profitability.

• Data Analysis: Utilize advanced data science skills to analyze game data, perform AB testing, and conduct statistical analyses to inform strategic decisions.

• Industry Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge of game creation and gaming paradigms to support clients from concept to profitability.

• Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with product teams, analytics departments, and game developers to ensure cohesive strategy implementation.

• Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our consultative offerings.

• Reporting: Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to clients in a clear and impactful manner.

About You:

• 5+ years of experience as a Game Economist, Game Designer, or Senior Data Analyst.

• Proven experience operating a successful and profitable game at scale.

• Strong data science skills, including proficiency in AB testing, statistical analysis, and data visualization tools.

• Excellent communication skills with a consultative approach.

• In-depth understanding of game creation processes and gaming paradigms.

• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with product, analytics, and game development teams.

• A proactive, innovative mindset with a passion for the gaming industry.
