About Hearth

Hearth is a Fintech company helping home improvement contractors grow and manage their business. Our SaaS platform provides over 14,000 contractors the financial tools they need to close more business, including financing solutions, invoicing, payment collections, insurance products, all in one, modern system designed specifically for the home improvement industry.

Backed by 8VC, Founders Fund, and other prominent leaders in Silicon Valley, Hearth has raised over $50M and is one of the fastest growing companies in the home improvement space.

The Mission

To us, the home improvement contractor is a true embodiment of the American Dream – skilled craftspeople who choose to start their own business to build a better life for their families and their communities.

While home improvement professionals power a $500 billion per year industry and protect the homes of millions of Americans, they are typically overlooked by Wall Street and Silicon Valley, and are one of the most underserved, undercapitalized, and written-off segments of entrepreneurs.

We built Hearth to tip the odds of success in their favor. Hearth is a seamless digital toolkit that helps home improvement pros win more projects, grow their sales, and save time running their business. In the last six years, we’ve built an industry-leading technology platform (Financing, Payments, Quotes, Contracts, and Banking), work with over 15,000 contractors, and have funded over $500 million in additional projects for home improvement pros. And, we are just getting started.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join our Revenue Operations team and serve as the connective tissue across our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams—Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and prioritizing requests through our intake system, ensuring that business needs are translated into scalable Salesforce and tool-based solutions that drive efficiency and growth.

You’ll take ownership of our Salesforce environment and its connected GTM tools, maintaining data integrity, improving workflows, and building automation that empowers teams to do their best work. This role is ideal for someone who loves problem-solving, thrives in a cross-functional environment, and understands how technology can enable business strategy.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and triage GTM requests through our RevOps intake system—prioritize, scope, and implement Salesforce updates and related tool enhancements.
  • Design, build, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, focusing on automation, integrations, and process optimization.
  • Maintain and enhance integrations with connected GTM tools (e.g., Outreach, Gong, Vitally, Calendly, Dialpad, Zapier, and Omni-Channel).
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and CX teams to understand business needs and deliver solutions that streamline workflows and improve data quality.
  • Ensure platform health through strong data governance, QA, release documentation, and proactive system maintenance.
  • Provide end-user support—from troubleshooting and training to process documentation and adoption enablement.
  • Partner with leadership to optimize CRM usage, reporting accuracy, and visibility into key revenue metrics.

Who You Are

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator with 2+ years of hands-on experience in a SaaS, Fintech, or RevOps environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce declarative tools, automation (Flows), and Lightning UI.
  • Experience managing Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud environments.
  • Familiarity with GTM tech stacks and third-party integrations (e.g., Outreach, Gong, Zapier, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills—able to document, present, and train users on complex processes clearly.
  • Organized and proactive; comfortable managing multiple tickets and projects simultaneously.
  • Deep understanding of how Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams operate—and how technology supports their success.

Ideal Qualifications

  • Additional Salesforce certifications: Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant
  • Experience with JIRA and third-party tools: Outreach, Dialpad, Calendly, Zapier
  • Background in end-to-end CRM implementations, system migrations, or org cleanups
  • Ability to lead UAT, build process documentation, and support change management

Benefits

  • Mission-driven, values-based culture.
  • Competitive pay.
  • Unmatched opportunities to learn and develop; front-row seat at a fast-growing tech startup

Location:

This role will be a remote, LATAM -based role.
