We are hiring a Digital Workplace Engineer to join our TechHub! The role emphasizes integration between identity management, endpoint management, and security protocols to ensure seamless end-user computing experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Information Systems Security Professional. (CISSP), Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM)) are a plus.
• ITIL Foundation and Service Now familiarity (desirable).
• Strong understanding of IAM principles, methodologies, and technologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft products and ServiceNow administration.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willingness to stay updated with industry trends and advancements in IAM.
• Excellent communication skills – Fluency in English.
