Harvey is transforming how legal and professional services operate and is seeking a People Systems Analyst to join their team to configure and maintain Workday Time Off & Absence plans, build and manage Time Tracking configurations, and support Payroll configuration and integrations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Workday configuration and administration
- Deep hands-on expertise in Time Off/Absence Management, Time Tracking, and Payroll modules
- Experience supporting global expansion within Workday
- Experience building and managing Workday integrations, particularly payroll integrations
- Strong proficiency in Workday custom report writing
- Experience with Workday security configuration
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and global environment
