The ideal candidate is a seasoned program leader who thrives in high-growth environments, can operate at both the strategic and tactical level, and has experience managing complex technology portfolios across multiple business domains.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, IT Program Management, or Business Technology leadership, with at least 3 years managing portfolios of cross-functional technology projects.
- Demonstrated experience managing roadmaps and programs across multiple business systems domains (e.g., HRIS/Workday, CRM/Salesforce, ERP/NetSuite, Marketing Automation).
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and align senior leaders across both technical and non-technical functions.
- Track record of operating at both the strategic level (portfolio shape, sequencing, tradeoffs) and the tactical level (project plans, dependency tracking, risk mitigation).
- Excellent communication skills — you can translate complex program status into clear, actionable updates for executives and partners.
