Requirements
- Executing sales plans to achieve defined secondary sales targets in Rural Markets
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Providing guidance, support, and training to sales team members
- Creating and maintaining adherence to PJPs
- Monitoring and analyzing sales performance and providing regular reports
- Collaborating with other teams and departments
- Address customer complaints through timely action
- Timely reporting to all concerned stakeholders
