As a Territory Sales Executive, you will execute sales plans, develop relationships with customers, and provide guidance to sales team members. The role is based in India and requires a minimum of 2+ years of experience in front-line sales in the consumer industry.
Requirements
- Executing sales plans to achieve defined secondary sales targets in Rural Markets
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Providing guidance, support, and training to sales team members
- Creating and maintaining adherence to PJPs
- Ensuring adequate service levels to sub stockiest customers and building business in existing and new outlets
- Monitoring and analyzing sales performance and providing regular reports on sales activity and performance
- Collecting and reporting market intelligence on competitor activities
- Collaborating with other teams and departments to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services to customers
- Addressing customer complaints through timely action as per prescribed Standard Operating Procedures
- Timely reporting to all concerned stakeholders as per prescribed formats
