- Identify prospective clients through various channels such as but not limited to competitor website
searching, LinkedIn, referrals, and market research.
- Reach out and introduce the company and services to prospective clients through cold and warm calls using
a defined script.
- Maintain positive business and client relationship through quarterly verification of client address.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends through market and competitor research.
- Maintain prospect records for sales database.
- Continuously improve sales script and presentations thru feedback
- Preparation of periodic sales reports as needed and required for monitoring.
- Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements
● Call center, cold calling experience
- Preferably with experience in both Marketing and Sales
- With basic understanding of sales process and dynamics
● Knowledgeable in lead generation
- Familiarity with MS Office, Hubspot, and phone systems
