Summary:
We’re seeking a skilled and mission-aligned Marketing Manager to lead and execute strategies that connect people to life-changing care. Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communications, this individual will oversee multi-channel campaigns and content creation, build brand presence, and help shape the way we communicate our values to the communities we serve. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage marketing plans and tactics across digital, print, and community channels.
- Partner cross-functionally with clinical, operations, and outreach teams to amplify impact.
- Google review and client testimonial mining and management.
- Event management and support.
- Manage and grow digital presence (social media, email, SEO, website content).
- Lead content development, storytelling, and campaigns that reflect our compassionate brand voice.
- Analyze campaign results, track KPIs, and iterate based on insights.
- Support internal communications as well as People teams with recruitment and retention.
- Help steward Guidelight’s identity as a trusted, people-first healthcare provider Develop and implement a highly effective program of internal communications utilizing multi-faceted channels to ensure that teammates are engaged and well informed about company events, programs, issues and priorities.
- Support other communication functions as needed.
- Other reasonable job duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or mission-driven organizations.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Experience with digital marketing tools (HubSpot, Google, social media, Canva, SEO/SEM, etc.).
- Creative thinker with a heart for meaningful work and community-building.
- Exceptional interpersonal, relationship-building, and listening skills.
- Experience in behavioral health, DEI communications, or storytelling for impact, preferred not required.
