The Firm Transition Specialist will lead organizational and operational efforts for all varieties of transitions, including term mergers, new firm onboarding, leadership changeovers, and corporate real estate transitions. The role will be responsible for managing and executing firm lifecycle events, including planning, execution, and post-transition support.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in financial services, including deep familiarity with Career Agency Distribution systems and operations of firms.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Experience with operational readiness planning and agency onboarding.
- Understanding of compliance and supervisory structures within financial services.
- Comfort with data tracking, reporting, and process optimization.
