Core Tasks:
- Edit short-form video for TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and paid social in multiple aspect ratios
- Cut performance ads from UGC, customer stories, and founder footage while maintaining brand tone and compliance
- Produce brand-forward edits for campaigns, product launches, and social series that feel premium and consistent
- Build multiple hooks, openings, and first-3-second variations while staying within approved creative lanes
- Add captions, motion graphics, product callouts, SFX, and basic color and audio finishing
- Localize assets to platform specs and export clean masters with organized project files
- Implement naming conventions, version control, and an asset library that is easy to navigate
- Collaborate with Creative Strategy to translate briefs into edit plans and shot selects
- Receive feedback from Brand and Growth, action notes quickly, and route for approvals
- Track and log creative experiments that are allowable within guardrails and document learnings
Must-Haves:
- 3+ years editing experience for brand-forward consumer companies in lifestyle, food, home, or CPG
- Portfolio showing both performance ads and premium brand content that live together credibly
- Proven work within strict brand guidelines, legal or talent approvals, and limited testing flexibility
- Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro with working knowledge of After Effects and Audition
- Strong sense of pacing for TikTok-native and IG-native edits, including subtitles and on-screen text
- Fluency in framing, story structure, and building multiple hooks without breaking brand voice
- Comfort receiving time-stamped feedback and rapidly turning high-quality revisions
- Able to work US business hours and consent to using a time tracking tool (Hubstaff)
Nice to Have:
- Experience editing with celebrity or talent-driven brands and managing likeness approvals
- Basic color correction and sound sweetening beyond stock LUTs and auto-mixes
- Familiarity with CapCut and mobile-first editing workflows when speed is required
- Knowledge of performance metrics and how creative levers affect down-funnel outcomes
- Light motion design for supers, lower thirds, and product UI moments

Salary Range: PHP 75,000 - 85,000 per month
