Role: Talent Acquisition Associate, Remote

What are we looking for:
We want an TA Associate who genuinely enjoys the people's side of things: someone who gets a little excited when a candidate lands in their inbox, and who takes pride in keeping things organized and moving. It's a hands-on role. Some days will be busy, some will be unpredictable.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
Helping manage the recruitment process from start to finish - postings, screening, scheduling, follow-ups and finally placing the right candidate for our partner organisations.
Being the point of contact for candidates and keeping them in the loop throughout the process
Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Participate in team meetings and contribute to improving internal HR SOPs and workflows
Bringing ideas to the table on how we can do things better
Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
Who should apply for this position:
We don't need a long resume, but we do need someone who's organized, communicates well, and genuinely cares about doing good work. If you've had a year or two in HR or recruiting, that's great. If you're newer to the field but you're sharp and motivated, we'd still love to hear from you. Nonprofit experience is always a bonus, but it's not a dealbreaker. We are open for you being from any sector.
Most importantly, you should be a team player. We're a small operation team and everyone here wears multiple hats. If that sounds like your kind of place, you'll fit right in.
