We are a global, mostly remote team with a small base in Thailand, looking for an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our fully remote, international team. This key role will partner directly with our leadership to build a high-performance culture and scale our people strategy globally.
Requirements
- 5+ years of high-impact HR experience (HRBP/Senior HR Partner) in fast-growing, performance-driven digital or tech companies.
- Proven expertise in coaching Directors and Managers on maximizing team output, performance management, and organizational structure.
- Deep, practical experience driving goal-setting and evaluation processes to deliver measurable business results.
- Experience thriving in a remote-first, high-autonomy international environment.
- Ability to influence outcomes and hold leaders accountable to the company standard and commitments.
