Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the delivery of data-related and integration projects, including data conversion, data extraction, and lab interface implementations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Informatics, IT, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in healthcare or health IT
• Experience with data migration, data extraction, or system integrations is preferred
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and healthcare workflows is an asset
• Basic understanding of integration standards (e.g., HL7, APIs, file-based exchange) is a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, CRM systems)
