The Headhunter is like a talent scout. This person goes out, finds amazing people, talks to them, and invites them to join our team. The Headhunter helps us fill roles fast by searching everywhere for the best candidates, even the ones who are not actively applying.
What You Will Do
1. Talent Sourcing
- Look for great candidates on LinkedIn, OLJ, Facebook groups, and other platforms.
- Use smart search strings and tools to find hidden talent.
- Build strong talent pools for current and future roles.
2. Outreach & Engagement
- Send friendly, clear outreach messages to possible candidates.
- Follow up with people who show interest.
- Track responses and keep conversations organized.
3. Screening & Shortlisting
- Do quick first screens to check skills, attitude, and fit.
- Pass strong candidates to the Recruiter for interviews.
- Keep notes and summaries neat and updated.
4. Market Research
- Study competitor companies to find where good talent is.
- Track where the best candidates come from.
- Suggest new sourcing channels and strategies.
5. Reporting & Tracking
- Update trackers for outreach, responses, and pipelines.
- Share weekly sourcing numbers with HR/Recruitment.
- Help measure targeting quality and outreach success.
What You Need
- Strong sourcing skills on LinkedIn, OLJ, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Good English for messaging and talking to candidates.
- Organized and can track tasks well.
- Not scared to reach out to many people every day.
- Knows how to find creative ways to locate talent.
Nice to Have
- Experience in headhunting, recruiting, or talent sourcing.
- Knows Boolean search and sourcing tools.
- Property management or real estate hiring experience is a plus.
