Team Lead (CAD / 3D / Creative Tools)

Gramian Consultancy is seeking a Team Lead (Technical / Creative Production) to manage a distributed team of 45 specialists working across 15+ software platforms, with a focus on driving delivery quality, standardizing workflows, and ensuring operational efficiency across diverse domains such as CAD, 3D modeling, animation, photo editing, and game development.

Requirements

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of ~45 specialists across multiple technical domains
• Allocate tasks, track progress, and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables
• Establish and enforce quality standards for native files, exports, and documentation
• Standardize workflows, file organization, and submission processes across tools
• Conduct quality audits and manage rework cycles where needed
• Implement and maintain performance tracking and reporting systems
• Collaborate across teams working on CAD, 3D, animation, and related domains
• Drive operational improvements and ensure consistency across all outputs
• Provide regular reporting on delivery, quality, and team performance to stakeholders
